Sam Bulkeley - Individual therapy

I am an ‘integrative-relational’ counsellor with specialised training to work with people who have an eating disorder or an addiction. I also work with many other types of problems or worries. Maybe you are worried about your habits and coping mechanisms and would like to talk. Maybe you feel low, anxious or unhappy.

I focus on creating a safe and trusting relationship between us to enable you to explore your experiences and help you work through what is bothering you so you can feel calmer, happier and more in control

In our first session (half price) you will have the opportunity to tell me about yourself and why you are seeking therapy. I will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions and to decide whether we are a good fit. It is vital that you feel comfortable with the therapist you choose so you can be honest and feel safe.

Family Programme

I also run bespoke programmes for families, carers or loved ones who are living with or looking after someone with an eating disorder or an addiction. These sessions support clients with education, communication and planning for the future.
